1-5: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; RFS report proposal; create view.
8-12: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; RFS report prototype design.
15-19: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; RFS report (Enhancement & Operational) Seperation; Macro to format raw data.
22-26: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; RFS report improvement; Xcelsuis training; Crystal Reports training

七月
29-3: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; Macro for Playbook Formatting; documentation;
6-10: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; Playbook macro testing; documentation; Intern-midterm checkpoint presentation
13-17: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; RFS report improving (with GSL and BSL)
20-24: Inconsistency and Reconciliation check; Problem Management Process Reports; Project Health Review Routine into practice

Next:
1) Project Health Review Routine;
2) Project Release Management;
3) HP Quality Center Testing. I need a project!!!!
4) Use Crystal Reports and Xcelsuis to format RFS reports;
5) Automation and documentation for RFS and Problem Reports.

Experience Notes:
1) What is the business process, what do the end users want?
2) Don’t try automation on the first day! Do it manually.
3) See into data (give me an example!).
4) Research on your users (clients).
5) Don’t wait. Go and ask for it!!
6) Who did it? Give me the name.
7) Don't be afraid. Show what you have and show your creation.
8) I don't need the process. Tell me the conclusion.
9) Tell me what you want. No excuse. No complain.
10) Watch out for the dog...!!

Conclusion:
Nothing much. Need more efforts in the fall Co-op.
