Note:
1)to install mantis remotely, the hostname should still be hostlocal, since it will be installed locally. Username and password can be one that has full privilege.
2)The tables need to be created manually in DB before installing mantisbt.
3)Global Registration can be turned off by manually add php.ini in the root folder.
4)Admin name can be the CPanel log in name/password. But this is used only when admin access is needed.
5)default log in name/password is administrator/root.
